GOROUH-E-CHAHAR consulting engineering firm was founded on October 2nd 1958 by four friends and classmates who were graduated from faculty of fine art from Tehran University (“Seyhoon” gallery). These founders were: Jafar Gholy afshar Ghassemloo, Seyed Morteza “Abdolamir” Moosavi, Abdol Karim Ardalan and Mahmoud Tooserkani. Until February 16th 1982, The Company was Co. Ltd type with the directorship of its shareholders Mr. Afshar Ghassemloo, Mr. Ardalan and Mr. Toosrkani. Considering the necessity for participation of experts from other disciplines, especially Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in order to improve the quality of provided services, the colleagues who were working in these departments formed a new arrangement for Directors Board and they took the responsibility of managing the company and these four departments.
With decades of innovation and experience inside our pocket and by cooperation with different teams of specialist in fields of Architecture, Interior design, Civil / Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Biomedical Engineering, GOROUH-E-CHAHAR has managed to design and supervised the construction of more than 350 projects including:
- More than 130 Therapeutic Centers including: Teaching, General, Specialized and Highly Specialized Hospitals with more than 30,000 beds, as small as 32 Beds Hospital and as big as 1000 Beds Hospital
- More than 40 Academics, Educational and Research complexes with over 600,000 m2 construction area
- More than 35 Welfare and Tourism Complexes including Hotels with 60 to 500 rooms
- More than 100 Cultural Centers, Residential, Sport and Industrial Complexes with over 700000 m2 construction area
